Your safety is our first priority, so at the first appointment we ask you to fill in a medical history form so we can check for any health issues that may affect treatment. We will do a thorough examination and discuss any issues you have with your teeth and suggest treatment options and fees.
For your convenience we have Hicaps that allows you to claim with the health fund at the time of your appointment, so please bring your health fund card with you. We accept MasterCard, Visa, EFTPOS, cheques and cash and ask for payment at the time of appointment.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we ask you to contact the surgery to reschedule at least 24 hours before. Less notice or a no show doesn’t allow us to treat someone else so may incur a fee.
