Caring for your mouthguard includes:
- Rinsing the mouthguard in warm soapy water (not hot).Air dry only.
- Keep the mouthguard in a well ventilated box when not in use
- Do not leave the mouthguard in direct sunlight or in a closed car as heat can damage it.
- Ask your dentist to inspect your mouthguard at every dental check up.
