HOW TO AVOID CAVITIES OVER EASTER
Sweet treats, sugary indulgences- we want you to enjoy them this Easter so here are some tips on how to have your chocolate and eat it too- and avoid cavities.
- Rinse with water after these snacks
- Drink tap water where possible for the added benefit of fluoride
- Brush as soon as possible after eating sugary snacks
- Limit sugary snacks between meals
- Don’t put children to bed with sugary drinks, including milk.
