FOODS THAT STAIN YOUR TEETH
If wine can stain a table cloth, it’s no surprise that red wine, an acidic drink known for its rich colour will discolour teeth. White wine which has even more acid also can.
Fruit and berries: Especially blackberries, blueberries and other vibrant fruits can stain teeth.
Soft drinks, juices, and sports drinks are also very acidic and can cause staining, along with Tea and coffee.
When consuming
these drinks/food it’s a good idea to rinse with water straight after,
and brushing teeth as soon as possible is a good idea.
Keep up your regular dental checks with your dentist so he can remove any staining of your teeth at your monthly clean.
